This Privacy Policy describes the commitment at OberCloud.com (“OC”) to the privacy of visitors to the OberCloud website (www.Network.OberCloud.com) and of its customers (“Partners”). Except as required by law or as otherwise provided herein, OC will take reasonable steps to ensure your right to privacy. Our goal is to provide you with a positive online experience that provides you with the information, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. OC is committed to developing long lasting relationships that are built on trust and would never intentionally violate that trust.
OC provides cloud-based video solutions, including live viewing of video, recording, archiving and related products and services, to a variety of resellers, such as those in the security alarm, video, VOIP, cable, networking, and satellite businesses. These firms then provide the products and services to individuals, for their residence and/or business. OC is able to provide a variety and range of products and services to help Partners with their video security & surveillance needs.
Application
In order to use the OC website and services, you will need to complete an application to become a Partner by providing OC with a variety of information. Such information shall only be used for internal purposes. Your name, company, address, and email address will be used to send you information about our company, product updates, special offers, and newsletters. You understand that, after being approved as a Partner, others may be able to identify you by your profile, and you agree to allow OC to use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Communications from OberCloud
We use the information you provide to customize your experience on our sites and our services. We may communicate with you using email or other means available to us regarding the availability of services, service-related issues, or promotional messages that we believe may be of interest to you. We may, for example, send you welcome messages, emails regarding new features or services, targeted advertisements, and other promotional information from OC. You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from OC by following the instructions contained in the email. However, as long as you are a Partner, you can not opt out of receiving service messages from us.
Confidentiality
OC takes the security of personal information of a Partner very seriously. OC will not provide or sell to any third party your personal information and will keep all Partner information confidential.
Use of Cookies
OC uses different types of cookies and other methods of uniquely tracking visitors for different purposes. Cookies are small packets of information that a site’s computer stores on your computer. OC can then read the cookies whenever you visit our site or use our services. We may use cookies in a number of ways, such as to save your password so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, to deliver content and to track the pages you’ve visited.
